The Michigan Meal Prep Company, founded in 2017 by the dynamic duo Ryan & Francesca Opatich, emerged from a simple desire for wholesome and delicious meals amid their bustling lives. With Francesca immersed in graduate studies and Ryan navigating the demands of real estate, the couple faced the challenge of maintaining a healthy diet.
Fueled by the need for nutritious alternatives to calorie-laden convenience foods, Ryan enlisted Francesca's culinary prowess to create meals that not only transformed their physiques but caught the attention of friends, co-workers, and social media followers. The Michigan Meal Prep Company may not be appropriate for certain people including people who 1) have food allergies; 2) are under 18 years of age; or 3) suffer from a medical condition that can be adversely affected by diet. Consult your physician before altering your diet or beginning any diet, nutrition, or fitness plan.

The Michigan Meal Prep Company does not accommodate dairy, eggs, nuts, or fish allergies and The Michigan Meal Prep Company foods and meal plans periodically include these ingredients. If you’re allergic to any of these items, you should know that while we make every effort not to do so, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your other meals.
6. Food Substitution Policy. Although The Michigan Meal Prep Company takes every reasonable measure to have sufficient inventory to fill your order, availability of product(s) may change without notice. The Michigan Meal Prep Company is not responsible for unavailability of product due to popular demand, whether discontinued or still in production.
In the fulfillment of orders, The Michigan Meal Prep Company reserves the right to substitute a similar product. When making substitutions, The Michigan Meal Prep Company takes great care to meet the requirements of your order. Substituted food items may contain different ingredients and allergens than those in items originally ordered. Prior to consumption, please be sure to carefully check all individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients and nutritional content for any/all of The Michigan Meal Prep Company’s food products, including new and improved items, if you have any food allergies or if you are otherwise concerned about any particular ingredients.
7. Food Pick-Up/Delivery Policy. The Michigan Meal Prep Company provides several complementary pick-up locations for your convenience. If you chose home delivery, and someone is not home to receive the order, your order will be delivered to the nearest complimentary pick up location for you to pick up. If your meals are re-routed to the nearest pick up location, the delivery fee will not be refunded. In the event that you are unable to pick up your meals on your scheduled pick up day, The Michigan Meal Prep Company reserves the right to donate or dispose of your order.
8. Promotions. The Michigan Meal Prep Company sometimes promotes coupons, offers, and discounts to our customers. These promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and are valid only for the designated length of the
