Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
When will my meals be ready for pick up/delivery?
Orders that are delivered to our complimentary pick up locations will be available for pick up on Monday's between the hours of 2 pm – 8 pm.
Hours vary based on location. See Pickup Locations for details. Home delivery occurs between 2 pm – 8 pm.
Can I choose my delivery time?
Unfortunately, no. Our delivery routes are selected based on the most efficient routes for our delivery drivers.
Will I be notified before home delivery?
Yes, you will receive a text from your delivery driver when they are on their way with an estimated time of arrival.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes, someone must be present to receive the order.
What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?
If someone is not home to receive the order, your order will be delivered to the nearest complimentary pick up location for you to pick up. In the event that your meals are re-routed to one of our pick up locations, the delivery fee will not be refunded. Orders must be picked up by the end of business day on Monday.
